Standard menswear sizing. Fit varies by cut; a stylist confirms your size and pins any alterations.

1. Chest Around the fullest part, under the arms, tape level.
2. Waist Where you wear your trousers, one finger inside the tape.
3. Collar Around the base of the neck, add half an inch.
4. Sleeve From the centre back of the neck, over the shoulder, to the wrist bone.
5. Inseam From the crotch seam to where the trouser should break on the shoe.
