This notice explains what Blite collects on this website and why.

What we collect

• Appointments and try-on requests: your name, phone number, optional email, the service, date and time, the piece you picked and any notes.
• Measurements you choose to send: the readings you enter in the guided measuring, with your name and phone number.
• Chat: the messages you type to Ask Blite. They are used to answer you and are not sold or shared for advertising.
• On your device only: measuring progress and chat history can be kept in your browser so you can pick up where you left off. Clear your browser data to remove it.

To prepare your fitting, hold pieces for you, and reply to your questions.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and seen only by Blite staff. Chat replies may be generated by an AI model running on Cloudflare; a stylist confirms anything important.
